Get exclusive early access to iXi

1. Purpose.
These Terms & Conditions govern the purchase of the iXi VIP Ticket offered by Botronics (SRL) (hereinafter "Botronics") to private individuals. Delivery is available in continental Europe, Ireland, and the United Kingdom.

3. Description of Benefits.
The iXi VIP Ticket is sold at €50 inclusive of applicable VAT. It grants the following rights and benefits to its holder:
• Priority access to order the iXi 01 before public sales open
• Preferential price of €3,749 incl. VAT (i.e. -25% off retail price of €4,999 incl. VAT)
• Priority delivery — among the first to receive the product before public buyers
• VIP membership — privileged access to the team, product previews, and feedback channels
• After-sales service at the Botronics workshop in Nivelles, Belgium

The VIP Ticket does not constitute a firm order for the iXi 01 product. Its acquisition does not create any purchase obligation on the part of the holder. The €50 ticket amount is deducted from the first payment upon ordering the product. The VIP Ticket grants access to the benefits described in these Terms & Conditions. It does not constitute a guarantee that the iXi 01 will be commercialized, offered for sale, or made available for order. Botronics reserves the right, at its sole discretion, not to commercialize the iXi 01 or not to open orders for the iXi 01. Except for the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal described in Clause 9, the VIP Ticket is non-refundable, including in the event that Botronics decides not to commercialize the iXi 01 or not to open orders for the iXi 01.

4. Geographic Scope.
This offer is available for delivery in continental Europe, Ireland, and the United Kingdom.

5. VAT.
EU and Irish residents: VAT is applied in accordance with the buyer's country of residence via the EU One Stop Shop (OSS) declaration. UK residents: UK VAT at 20% applies to purchases made by UK residents and is included in the displayed price. Botronics declares UK VAT in accordance with applicable UK regulations.

6. Payment Terms — iXi 01 Order.
When orders open, VIP Ticket holders are notified first and may optionally place an order for the iXi 01 on the following terms:
• First payment: 50% of VIP price (€1,874.50), less the €50 ticket = €1,824.50 due by November 2026
• Second payment: 50% of VIP price (€1,874.50) due at delivery

There is no obligation to place an order. The VIP Ticket holder retains full discretion.

7. Estimated Delivery.
Delivery of the iXi 01 is estimated around June 2027. This timeline is indicative and may be subject to change. Botronics undertakes to inform VIP Ticket holders of any significant change to the schedule. Delivery dates are estimates only and do not constitute a binding commitment. Delays shall not give rise to compensation or damages, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection laws.

8. Cancellation of Confirmed Orders.
If Botronics is unable to deliver the iXi 01 and cancels a confirmed order, Botronics undertakes to refund all amounts paid by customers in respect of that order, in accordance with applicable legal provisions.

9. Right of Withdrawal — VIP Ticket.
In accordance with Belgian law, EU consumer law, and UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, the consumer has 14 calendar days from the date of purchase to exercise their right of withdrawal and obtain a full refund of the VIP Ticket (€50). To exercise this right, the consumer must notify their decision by email to: team@ixi.golf. Beyond this 14-day period, the VIP Ticket is non-refundable.

10. UK Consumer Rights.
UK residents retain all statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects those statutory rights.

11. Personal Data (GDPR & UK GDPR).
Personal data collected at the time of VIP Ticket purchase (title, name, email, delivery address if provided) is used solely for the management of VIP Tickets and, where the consumer has consented, for the sending of iXi communications. Providing a delivery address at the time of purchase is optional. It may be provided or updated at any point prior to delivery. Data processing complies with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and, for UK residents, the UK GDPR. You have the right to access, rectify and delete your data. For any request: team@ixi.golf. Botronics does not share your data with third parties for commercial purposes.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction.
These T&Cs are governed by Belgian law. EU and UK consumers additionally retain their statutory rights and the protections afforded by the mandatory provisions of the law of their country of residence, which are not affected by this clause. In the event of a dispute, the parties undertake to seek an amicable resolution. Failing that, the dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts.
